The new version of the "Cell Database" is now available. It requires PHP and MySQL. The old one is still available.
This web application is available free of charge to academic and non-profit laboratories. It will be provided with its source code and information on how to install it on a web server. A transfer agreement for the software license can be downloaded here as a pdf file. More information can be requested from the webmaster. The webmaster also appreciates feedback from licensees.
Anyone wishing to make commercial use of the web application should contact the webmaster to negotiate an appropriate license for such commercial use. Commercial use includes:
- integration of all or part of the source code into a product for sale or license by or on behalf of Licensee to third parties, or
- distribution of the binary code or source code to third parties that need it to utilize a commercial product sold or licensed by or on behalf of Licensee.
